Bauen Corporation was incorporated in 1991 by a team with considerable construction experience and a vision. The name, Bauen, German for “to build”, pays homage to founder Andre Kloetz’s German heritage and passion for building. The mission was to establish a highly professional and competent commercial construction management company run by friendly people who are pleasant to deal with job after job. Company leadership made the conscious decision to remain relatively small so the owners could stay involved in all phases of the projects. Bauen’s small size and efficient operations have kept overhead low and pricing highly competitive.​
