Sugar Hill Retirement Community offers independent living for seniors, as well as, providing 15 assisted living units. The selection of unit types range from cottage style, free-standing buildings to apartment style units. The cottage units consist of duplex and quad buildings. The floor plans are flexible, allowing custom features to be added.

Construction at Sugar Hill offers old New England style design - but with todays energy efficiency. By using vinyl siding and metal trim on the exterior of the buildings, they are built to be maintenance free.
