Faced with replacing the heating pipes and baseboard radiation, as well as gutting and renovating bathrooms on all seven floors of the dormitory over a four-month period, we assembled a crackerjack team of subcontractors. During the project, replacement of 50 plus doors and a new roofing system were also added to the scope of work.

Through the efforts of Bauens construction team, the project was completed on time, and students were back using the facility before school started.
