The Plaistow Public Library is a classic example of construction management. Despite receiving a considerably lower budget appropriation from the Town than was requested, the Building Committee worked steadfastly with the Architect and Bauen to create a building that was both beautiful and that would meet the Towns needs for years to come. The exterior includes lots of interesting angles, many windows, and completely maintenance free siding and trim. The inside features a spectacular 36 high clerestory, many cozy reading nooks, and a large meeting room for the Town.
