Typical of a number of branch bank projects Bauen Corp. has worked on with Jim Keenan, the Woodland Credit Union building was constructed under an accelerated schedule so the client could begin operations in a new region.
After almost seven years of planning and fundraising, Bauen Corp. was chosen by Red River Theatres to fit-up the two lowest floors of the new Capital Commons building into their state of the art theatre spaces.
The addition to the Christa McAuliffe Planetarium (now known as the McAuliffe/Shepard Discover Center) was started in late fall of 2007 after Bauen won this state project during a very competitive bid process.
Golden View addressed the community’s needs once again when it opened additional
assisted living options; The Terrace and The Cottages. Residents can enjoy comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces, private rooms with en-suite bathrooms, daily activities and the support to be independent.
This project is the twelfth project with Keenan & Associates to date. Demolition of an existing 15,000 square foot restaurant and retail center made way for a state of the art branch office for Service Credit Union.
The Laconia Congregational Church was originally constructed in 1907. Bauen Corporation completed phased renovations of the existing church over a two year period to revitalize and reconfigure areas of the church.
